Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator position at TÜV SÜD is responsible for providing administrative support to regional service line operations. This role assists in providing front-end and back-end project efficiencies, relieving technical, billable staff of non-billable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and monitoring reports from Business Warehouse/SAP systems
- Setting up and closing out projects in PSE
- Coordinating with B&R and Account Executives to ensure timely project openings
- Communicating delivery dates to customers
- Assigning projects to project handlers based on availability
- Ensuring engineering hours are entered and adequate information is provided for project closure
- Timely project invoicing and ensuring invoicing is completed by project end
- Assisting with B&R for collections where necessary
- Reviewing engineer test deliverable packages prior to client distribution
- Coordinating with TUV global offices for certificate issuance
- Test Report/Certification Management and emailing/mailing reports/certificates to clients
- Procurement Activities, including entering purchase requisitions and working with local vendors
- Managing and maintaining locally developed documents and server client folders
- Assisting engineers with DIGIDOCS entry
- Sample Handling and Disposal, using the Storix program software
- Shipping items to job sites and assisting with training/meeting planning

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years' experience in customer service and/or project management
- Previous experience working with consumer product safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in MS Office applications, and team player skills
