**Responsibilities**:

- The role of the responsible individual is to lead the registered managers in developing bespoke care and support for children within positive choices limited
- Legally represent Positive choices limited to our regulators Ofsted
- Ensure that the organisation including individual homes are compliant with the children's home regulations and quality standards 2015
- Ensure policies and procedures our up to date and carried throughout the organisation
- Oversee and supervise registered managers to ensure they receive the right support and guidance with a wealth of experience
- Quality assurance of the homes documentation systems
- Becoming the companies designated safeguarding lead and making sure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Opening new homes within the project management of the company directors vision to developing the organisation
- Coordinate and communicate with commissioners and other local authority professionals
- Provide leadership and guidance to leaders, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and ensure the home is effectively.
- oversight of company budgets and financial forecasting
- Skills:

- must hold a level 5 leadership and management
- must previous been a registered manager in a children's home regulated by Ofsted.
- proven record of "good" or "outstanding" Ofsted inspection reports
- Strong knowledge of children's home regulations and Quality standards 2015
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
