In this essential role within our HR department, you will provide expert counsel on employee relations issues. Reporting directly to the Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will oversee a team dedicated to advising on various employment matters while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic advice on employee relations topics
  • Lead and nurture the Employee Relations team
  • Serve as the escalation point for intricate employee relations challenges
  • Stay updated on employment legislation and organizational policies
  • Enhance and develop HR policies
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate training sessions
  • Contribute to various projects and initiatives
  • Oversee responses to Data Subject Access Requests
  • Generate data analytics to identify and analyze trends

Qualifications:

  • Robust experience in employee relations and knowledge of employment law
  • Proven track record in management and team leadership
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Experience in training and coaching
  • Expertise in policy evaluation and implementation
