About the Role

Transputec, a leading Managed Service Provider, is seeking a skilled 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support services to clients, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring seamless system operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line technical support services, including troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues
  • Work with Windows and Mac OS environments, ensuring compatibility and optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider team to deliver exceptional client support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including VMware, Citrix, Azure, and Microsoft certifications
  • Support the installation and maintenance of client servers, ensuring efficient system operation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3rd line IT support experience, with a strong understanding of technical support principles
  • Windows and Mac OS expertise, with experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment
  • Previous experience working with VMware, Citrix, Azure, and Microsoft certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
