The Renal Unit at NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated Band 3 Senior Health Care Support Worker to contribute to our dedicated team focused on providing exceptional care for patients undergoing dialysis.
This unit operates in a dynamic 15-bay environment, accommodating approximately 60 patients weekly. The successful candidate will assist registered nurses and renal nurse practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care. The role includes renal-specific competency training and support for achieving SVQ qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support registered nursing staff in delivering patient care.
- Participate in specialized training programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
