Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Inverness. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing overnight support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, promoting their independence and autonomy.
