Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Board and its sub-committees. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between the Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees, and the wider staff teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate the Chief Executive's schedule, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Communication Management: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow between the Chief Executive, the Board, and staff teams.
- Governance and Compliance: Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with governance requirements and regulations.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes to facilitate efficient decision-making.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
