About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets for our developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers to provide advice on their purchase of apartments and the lifestyle.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
  • Show customers apartments and provide them with information on floor plans, apartment designs, interior offerings, and removal companies.
About You

We are looking for an individual with previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market. You will need to possess excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.

You will demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times, be prepared to get involved at every opportunity, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using IT databases is also essential.
