At London Bridge Hospital, our Information Technology Group (ITG) plays a crucial role in developing and managing all aspects of healthcare technology across our extensive network of facilities.
The Healthcare Solutions Consultant is a vital position within our ITG team. This role combines exceptional customer service, project management, and technical expertise to provide essential training and support to healthcare consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of systems and technologies utilized by healthcare consultants and administrative staff. Suggest improvements to processes that enhance the deployment and support of consultant-facing technologies. Assist in the evaluation of customer-related systems to meet specific facility requirements. Coordinate service requests from consultants and administrative personnel. Document interactions with consultants and administrative staff to ensure all needs are addressed. Monitor and report trends and issues, providing prompt responses and resolutions to identified concerns. Collect and validate documentation to ensure compliance with access, confidentiality, and security protocols. Ensure that consultants and staff have access to necessary patient information. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within the division and facility. Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for healthcare providers and administrative staff on current and new applications. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the consultant experience and improve service interactions.Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in supporting physician operations. Prior experience with clinical applications in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with both clinical and IT professionals.
