Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Consultant to join our team at InterEx Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Data Engineering:
  • Design and Implement Data Pipelines: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Integrate and Clean Data: Work with diverse healthcare datasets, integrating and cleaning data from various sources to create a unified and reliable data infrastructure.
  • Develop and Maintain Databases: Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
AI Integration in Healthcare:
  • Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Assist in the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to healthcare challenges.
  • Deploy Models into Production: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy models into production environments.
  • Derive Actionable Insights: Utilize genomics, clinical, and administrative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Research and Innovation:
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Advancements: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in genomics, healthcare, and AI technologies.
  • Contribute to Methodology Development: Contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong Foundation in Data Engineering: Strong foundation in data engineering, including experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database management, as well as SQL.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry: Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data interoperability.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning: Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, and a willingness to learn and apply them in a healthcare context. At least 6 Months experience working with Gen AI.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Healthcare or Insurance Experience: Prior Experience in healthcare or insurance field.
