About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Healthcare Consultant to join our team at VML HEALTH. As a key member of our Global Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the healthcare environment and building brands for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing clients, evaluating needs, and creating bespoke approaches to client problems. You will be responsible for planning and preparing for strategic workshops and advisory boards with a range of stakeholders, including pharmaceutical clients and their key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet client objectives
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to inform client recommendations
  • Develop and deliver effective content and programs that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative solutions to clients
  • Travel to pharmaceutical industry clients and health service providers as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences)
