Get Staff is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in Kellingley. As a key player in the Fire and Security industry, our client is looking for a skilled professional to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating specifications and word processing documents
  • Handling engineer timesheets and liaising with engineers
  • Booking and closing jobs, as well as communicating with customers
  • Managing health and safety protocols, vehicle maintenance, and diaries
  • Providing exceptional customer service and leading on customer feedback
  • Managing social media and database systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator in the Fire and Security industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers

Package Overview:
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)
