Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Management Leader (M&E) to join our team. This crucial role will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our campus facilities, contributing to a positive and productive environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems within the college campus.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility needs and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Management Leader (M&E) in a similar educational or commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
