Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Topgolf. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our brand.
  • Help guests with golf clubs and equipment, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the venue, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Offer retail items to guests, keeping the retail area stocked and organized, and providing excellent sales support.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines, showcasing your expertise and passion for the game.

Critical Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
