Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst who will be instrumental in enhancing revenue processes and facilitating data-driven decision-making. If you possess expertise in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and are proficient with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and Planhat, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic initiatives aimed at fostering revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Streamline processes to ensure effective data management and timely project execution
  • Assist in developing pricing models, sales incentives, and strategies for market expansion
  • Coordinate data integrations across tools and platforms to maintain data accuracy
  • Evaluate and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as necessary
  • Facilitate change management for the rollout of new tools and systems
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market strategies
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and spearhead automation efforts to minimize manual interventions

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar capacity
  • Understanding of data integration and governance principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in supporting customer-facing teams and working collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for a hybrid work environment
