Job Title: Medical Records Administrator

Spire Hartswood Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Medical Records department.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Administrator. As a key member of our Medical Records department, you will be responsible for the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of records prior to outpatient clinics
  • Transportation of records to the relevant department
  • Filing of completed records
Requirements
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable with the physical nature of the role
