Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised and motivated Office Manager to support our robust business operations within the industrial/manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, maintaining a well-organised work environment, and ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily office operations and maintain a well-organised work environment
* Manage administrative staff and allocate assignments
* Implement office policies and procedures
* Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Requirements:

* A degree in business administration or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
