Anderson Knight are supporting a client based in Inverclyde to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for a 12m FTC. This position is based in the office with some hybrid working, you will work 37hrs per week Monday to Friday, with the benefit of finishing at 1pm on Fridays.
As HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries and will be responsible for ensuring that an efficient and effective HR administration service is provided to the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all administration in the employee life cycle
- Take responsibility for the HR Shared mailbox
- Maintain all employee records
- Prepare and issue documentation as required
- Support with payroll processing
- Organise and book training courses
- Ensure adherence to GDPR legislation at all times
**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced HR department
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Good understanding of GDPR in practice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
