Dental Receptionist

The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 0830am - 5pm 1 hr lunch

2x Dental Receptionists (Band 2) - Full Time - 37.5 hours

Base Location - Public Dental Service - Emergency Dental Treatment Centre, Level 1 within Glasgow Dental Hospital.

Duties of this post will involve the administrative support of the Primary Care Public Dental Service predominantly although not restricted to unregistered/unscheduled patient care.

This extremely busy department requires the post holder to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills to support the work of all clinics and ongoing tasks associated.

Desirable
- Working knowledge of:

- Clinical + R4 Dental Patient Management System - including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Electronic Dental Claims
- Statement of Dental Remuneration (SDR)
- Trakcare
- Clinical Portal

Dental & NHS/Administration experience.
