Overview:
Planet Pharma is partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical organization in search of skilled BI Analysts who possess a background in customer support. The role involves assisting in troubleshooting and enhancing user engagement with systems and solutions to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency within their respective business domains. A key aspect of this position is to ensure that implemented solutions adhere to customer quality benchmarks through diligent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and update monthly sales and activity reports utilizing data from sponsors, ex-factory, Qlik, and Board sources.
- Collaborate with data providers to manage and maintain local audit sales data.
- Address ad hoc data inquiries and requests from commercial teams.
- Enhance existing analyses, reports, and dashboards.
- Utilize available BI tools (QlikSense, Board, Excel) to develop additional analyses and dashboards.
- Oversee territory alignments and implement necessary geographic structural adjustments.
- Calculate Sales Incentive Schemes according to established standards and timelines.
- Generate analytics such as effort versus results and market assessments.
- Manage targeting and segmentation strategies for designated countries.
Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of CRM systems.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, including Synapse.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of working with data and databases.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in Arabic for targeted regions.
