Business Intelligence and Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
Eisai EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our affiliates with business intelligence and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business intelligence and customer support to our affiliates, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including country managers, sales and marketing operations, and market access teams.
- Liaise with external partners, including business intelligence and customer relationship management system providers.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality support and service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and customer support.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or data analytics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems and data analytics tools.
