Business Intelligence and Customer Support Specialist

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Intelligence and Customer Support Specialist for our EMEA Operational Excellence department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our affiliates with Business Intelligence and Customer Support, focusing on CRM, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board, and Sales and Activity reporting & dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer support to our affiliates, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and visibility into business performance.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Train and support key users on relevant systems and tools.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in Operational Stability meetings to ensure CRM issues are addressed and resolved.
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters/PhD university degree in Science, Business, or Computing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Understanding of CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in the pharma industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
