Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide exemplary service to our existing clientele, taking full ownership of their cases to ensure their unique needs are met effectively.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service through active listening and insightful questioning to discern customer requirements and make tailored recommendations. Your expertise will empower you to address customer objections or concerns confidently, steering conversations towards favorable outcomes. Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.

Our organization embraces a flexible working policy, allowing for a blend of office and remote work, including occasional weekend shifts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication abilities (influencing, rapport building, negotiation, and empathy) in both verbal and written forms, presenting a credible and professional image.
