Job Title: Sales and Retention Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a Sales and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with UK-based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a sales-focused industry.
  • Negotiation/objection handling skills.
  • Competent with all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
