Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Retention Specialist at Daisy Communications Limited, you will be responsible for performing outbound call activity to establish suitable resolutions for both customers and the business in a timely manner.

Key Skills
  • Strong communication skills to communicate in a clear and concise manner with detailed accuracy.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a sales-focused industry.
  • Competent with all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
  • Sound questioning and listening skills to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
