About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Buying Assistant to join our successful Buying team at Footasylum. As a Buying Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the buying opportunities across our stores and websites, driving business growth and success.
The role is varied and challenging, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for:
- Reporting and Analysis
Printing off weekly reports and providing a trade update to key stakeholders within the company.
Brand LiaisonLiaising with global brands and account managers to obtain and provide information about products in the category.
Sample ManagementOrdering key lines and communicating with marketing to ensure the timely launch of products for brand meetings and retail events.
Travel CoordinationBooking travel for various team members for brand trips and store visits.
Market ResearchResearching key looks and discussing potential upcoming styles and trends.
CommunicationCommunicating with various departments across the business to ensure you are the point of contact for any information needed from the department.
SupportSupporting the Senior Buyer, Buying Director, and wider buying team with ad-hoc duties as required.
