Role Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our client's exquisite range of KBB interior products. Your primary duties will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with Branch Managers and Area Sales Managers associated with Merchant partners.
  • Engaging in multiple ongoing projects to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Expanding your territory through effective Account Management and Business Development strategies.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, processing orders, and addressing stock-related issues to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Handle aftersales inquiries and maintain regular contact through outbound calls and emails.
  • Process sales orders promptly upon receipt to ensure readiness for delivery.
  • Provide customers and potential clients with accurate and high-quality information.
  • Document and manage information in the CRM system.
  • Utilize various computer systems, including Salesforce, Exchequer, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Client Relationship Manager position will possess:

  • A background in entry-level sales or recent graduates.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Familiarity with telesales.
Compensation Package

The package for the Client Relationship Manager role includes:

  • ~10% OTE/bonus
  • ~25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • ~Option to buy or sell an additional 5 days of holiday
  • ~5% employer contribution vs. 3% employee contribution to pension
