Your Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will take on a multifaceted role that involves overseeing daily operations, managing and training staff, addressing customer inquiries, and driving membership growth. You will be the face of Places Leisure, requiring a proactive approach to leadership and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a background in management or supervision within a leisure environment. Your experience will be invaluable as you lead a diverse team. Additionally, becoming a registered first aider is part of this role, so prior first aid training is a plus. Strong customer service and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
