Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and operating a successful club, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive club targets and member engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets and financial planning to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a large operational service delivery facility.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff.
- Experience in financial planning and management, with a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and member experiences.
