About the Role:
  • RLP Resourcing Services Ltd is seeking to enhance its dynamic and skilled Governance team as part of its ongoing dedication to upholding the highest standards and practices.


In the past year, a new and more robust governance framework has been established, and the addition of a further manager to the team is intended to bolster this framework even further.


Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record in Corporate Governance and Committee management, ideally holding a recognized professional qualification. They should be adept at navigating complex organizational structures.


Strong communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on the ability to influence and guide at the Board level, both in verbal and written formats.
