Job Overview

The Partnership & Client Success Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction for Halfords for Business. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, and negotiating contracts to meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Partnership & Client Success Manager to oversee key partnerships across all H4B areas, including Cycle to Work, Gift Cards, and Partnerships.
  • Account manage a designated set of clients and partners, developing relationships and driving growth through client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
  • Develop negotiation skills to renegotiate terms and conditions, supplier agreements, and lease agreements to optimize business outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, selling, presenting, and closing.
  • Utilize business relationships to drive wider opportunities across all Halfords for Business propositions and initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of profitability to facilitate high-volume, good-margin sales.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with clients, showcasing a high degree of professionalism and competency.
  • Manage time and pipeline effectively, providing accurate insights and forecasts to the Line Manager.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve team productivity and efficiency, aligning with Halfords' company values.
  • Contribute to a strong team environment, working towards shared targets and goals.
