Sensory Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Sensory Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving design centricity within our organization, leveraging sensory activities and consumer product tests to support our Marketing, R&D, and Procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Act as a technical expert for sensory and consumer experience, providing guidance on methods, test design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Protocol Management: Support protocol requirements across the business, including projects for ESG/VE/DTV, Change control, Renovation, and Innovation.
- Project Management: Manage and critically assess protocols, testing, and facilitation of internal sensory projects and CX workshops.
- Data Management: Ensure data management to capitalize on existing information and drive business decisions.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Provide clear reporting and actionable, evidence-based recommendations to project teams.
- Partnerships: Partner with the Global Consumer & Culinary Experience team to ensure mindset, protocols, and systems are implemented according to best practices.
- Engagement: Drive engagement throughout the organization, including creative ways to drive participation of KH employees.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience running sensory and consumer studies for a large organization.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Science, R&D, Marketing, Business, or Psychology.
- Sensory Science: Strong background in sensory science and demonstrated experience working in an independent role.
- Consumer Research: Strong understanding of sensory methodologies and experience running sensory testing and studies.
- Design Thinking: Basic understanding of design thinking and its application to consumer research.
- Global Experience: Ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
- Industry Experience: Must have experience or a key interest in the food and beverage industry.
