Sensory Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Sensory Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving design centricity within the organization, leveraging sensory activities and consumer product tests to support Marketing, R&D, and Procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a technical expert in sensory and consumer experience, providing guidance on methods, test design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support protocol requirements across the business, including projects for ESG/VE/DTV, Change control, and Renovation & Innovation.
- Manage and critically assess protocols, testing, and facilitation of internal sensory projects and CX workshops.
- Develop and implement sensory, consumer, and innovation capability frameworks, following KH best practices.
- Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations to project teams.
- Partner with the Global Consumer & Culinary Experience team to ensure mindset, protocols, and systems are implemented according to best practices.
- Drive engagement throughout the organization, including creative ways to drive participation of KH employees at Head Office.
- Experience running sensory and consumer studies for a large organization (at least 2-3 years).
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Science, R&D, Marketing, Business, or Psychology.
- Strong background in sensory science and demonstrated experience working in an independent role.
- Strong understanding of sensory methodologies and experience running sensory testing and studies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
- Must have experience or a key interest in the food and beverage industry.
