Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for our legal client in Bristol. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that requires expertise in ITIL, Service Now, and iManage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging and resolving service desk issues via telephone or email. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
