Senior Photographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Photographer to lead our Photo Studio team at Next. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that reflects our brand principles and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide creative guidance and support to the studio team, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual content.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current trends and lighting techniques, staying ahead of the curve to deliver innovative and engaging content.
- Collaborate with other Senior Photographers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality output.
- Oversee multiple photographic sets, ensuring quality and output meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior team members.
- Proven experience in photography, retouching, and lighting techniques, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Capture One.
- Experience working with Profoto and continuous lighting equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
