We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Photographer to join our Photo Studio team at Next. As a Senior Photographer, you will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and freelancers to deliver high-quality visual content that reflects our brand's creative vision and direction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide creative guidance and support to the studio team, ensuring that all visual content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current trends and lighting techniques, and apply this knowledge to create innovative and engaging visual content.
- Collaborate with other Senior Photographers to ensure consistency and excellence in all visual content.
- Oversee multiple photographic sets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of visual content.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Creative Lead and senior management within Next Studios.
- Proven experience as a Senior Photographer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality visual content.
- Expert knowledge of photography, retouching, and lighting techniques, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Photoshop and Capture One, with a strong understanding of video production and editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
