About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Photographer to join our Photo Studio team at Next. As a Senior Photographer, you will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and freelancers to deliver high-quality visual content that reflects our brand's creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide creative guidance and support to the studio team
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current trends and lighting techniques
  • Collaborate with other Senior Photographers to ensure consistency and quality across all shoots
  • Oversee multiple photographic sets to ensure high-quality output
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and implement new ideas and solutions to improve the studio's creative output

About You

  • Proven experience in photography and leadership roles
  • Expert knowledge of photography, retouching, and lighting techniques
  • Strong understanding of current trends and lighting techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
