Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for new business development and account management, working closely with our valued customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and source new business leads through telesales and in-person appointments
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers and opportunities
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks associated with a field sales role
What We Offer

We provide a competitive benefits package, including a basic salary of £28,500, bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, tablet computer, mobile phone, and company pension. Our comprehensive training program includes an initial induction course and ongoing support and mentoring in the field.

Requirements
  • Strong sales, prospecting, presentation, and communication skills
  • Determination to meet and exceed targets
  • Field sales experience is helpful but not necessary
  • A full driving license is essential
