We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Radius. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting to existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling our Asset Tracking solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to engage with existing customers and introduce Radius Telematics solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a prospecting or outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of accountability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
