Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a confident and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

About the Role:
  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services.
  • Work in a target-driven role, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
  • Enjoy a basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with the potential to earn up to £70,000 per year.
  • Benefit from a car allowance, 25 days' annual leave, and a range of family-friendly policies.
Requirements:
  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors and have a positive, winning attitude.
  • The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.
