Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability from our allocated lean account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of our products and service opportunities
  • Proactively identify business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company
  • Respond to requests for quotation in coordination with the technical assessment department
  • Ensure customer retention through excellent telephone relationship skills, to develop new opportunities and maintain best-in-class customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also need to be highly organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £33,000, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a comprehensive training programme and opportunities for career development.
