Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Tradebe UK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability from our allocated lean account portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of our products and service opportunities
  • Proactively identify business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company
  • Respond to requests for quotation in coordination with the technical assessment department and the pricing desk
  • Generate repeat orders from the customer portfolio
  • Deal with customer enquiries as the assigned point of contact, including associated administration tasks
  • Provide feedback to the Internal Sales Coordinator on won and lost opportunities and pricing
  • Meet monthly revenue targets and weekly activity targets
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with managing and growing customer portfolio through telephone relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and willingness to work with a CRM system
  • Willingness to learn sales skills
  • Organisation and diary management skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
