EMEA Rates Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Rates Product Manager to drive the growth of our European franchise in Flow Rates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for our European franchise in Flow Rates.

  • Liaise with senior EMEA business stakeholders, Sales, Trading and clients to develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for our European franchise in Flow Rates.
  • Embed Agile practices into daily work, including retrospectives, backlog grooming, OKRs, sprints, and stand-ups.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the financial sector, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of trading Investment Bank products in the area of Rates.
  • Fluent in English to support local client base.
