Position OverviewClinical Nurse Evaluator

Location:
Flexible hybrid work environment
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Compensation: Competitive salary of £39,500
Eligible Candidates: Band 5 Staff Nurses, Practice Nurses, Bank Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Paramedics.
Training and Development: Engage in a comprehensive 10-week remote training program with robust support, followed by a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with individuals applying for the PIP benefit, either via phone or in-person, with all appointments pre-scheduled to minimize administrative tasks.
  • Interact with a diverse clientele presenting various complex conditions, including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory challenges.
  • Perform detailed functional medical assessments of disabilities or health conditions.
  • Document and submit assessments using a specialized IT platform.
Qualifications Required
  • Active HCPC/NMC registration
  • Proficient in report writing
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capacity to perform under pressure
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
