Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children and young people to develop and grow.
  • Encourage positive choices and milestones, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Complete daily paperwork and liaise with professional networks, including social workers, police, mental health services, and youth offending teams.
  • Build positive relationships with children and young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide high standards of care and supervision.
  • Take part in the on-call rota and supervise team members in the manager's absence.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays, including sleep-in duties
