Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Description:

At TRCGroup, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential care settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Take care of the day-to-day needs of the young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure consistent care within a safe environment to encourage children and young people to develop and grow.
  • Encourage young people to make positive choices in their life and benchmark these positive milestones.
  • Fulfill daily paperwork to a high standard and liaise with the professional network around the child, including social workers, police, mental health services, and youth offending teams.
  • Create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs, and always safeguarding them.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision, ensuring sensitivity, dignity, and respect towards children and staff.

Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Hold QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care.
  • Be subject to a satisfactory probation period.
