Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
Ensure consistent care within a safe environment, promoting the development and growth of children and young people.
Encourage positive choices and benchmark milestones, filling in daily paperwork to a high standard and liaising with professional networks.
Create positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them, showing resilience and calmness during periods of crisis.
Develop timetables, set boundaries, and expectations for young people, demonstrating consistency and organization skills.
Advocate for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard, and working with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision.

Requirements:
QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care
Full UK driving license
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays, including sleep-in duties
