Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, including daily living tasks, education, and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the residential setting.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
