Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential home.

About the Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children and young people, including their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the children and young people in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the children's growth and development.
  • Participating in daily activities, including education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities with the children.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily paperwork and liaison with external professionals, such as social workers and mental health services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and young people.
