Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure consistent care within a safe environment, promoting the development and growth of children and young people.
  • Encourage positive choices and benchmark milestones, filling in daily paperwork to a high standard and liaising with professional networks.
  • Create positive relationships with children and young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays, including sleep-in duties
